These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Keren Stucco Ltd ("we," "our," "the Company"). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Keren Stucco Ltd provides stucco installation, repair, and related construction services as agreed in a written estimate, quote, or contract. All work will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
2. Estimates & Quotes
- All estimates/quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if unexpected site conditions are found.
- Any additional work requested by the client will be billed separately.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
- Deposits may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion of services unless stated otherwise.
- Late payments may be subject to fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the project.
- Ensure access to the property for workers and deliveries.
- Obtain required permits unless otherwise agreed.
- Remove or secure personal items and ensure a safe working environment.
5. Changes to Work
Any changes to the original scope must be approved by both parties. Extra costs will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.
6. Materials
Materials used will meet industry standards unless otherwise specified. If the client requests specific materials, they may be responsible for additional costs.
7. Warranties
We provide a workmanship warranty based on what is outlined in your contract or invoice. Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
- Weather-related issues, natural wear, or natural disasters
- Work modified by another contractor
8. Limitation of Liability
Keren Stucco Ltd is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or events beyond our control
- Existing structural issues or hidden defects discovered during work
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. Cancellation
Clients may cancel services before work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials were purchased or scheduling has been completed.
10. Privacy
We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used only for communication, project completion, and invoicing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
